PLEASE NOTE: In view of the corona virus situation, delivery and logistics systems have been impacted. Our deliveries could take much longer than normal. Do you deliver all over India?

Yes, we deliver all across India though delivery times may vary from city to city.

PS: For orders placed from J&K, Andaman & Nicobar and some parts of the North-East, in case of any delivery constraints, our team will reach out to you to update you of the status.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship outside India as of now.

What are the shipping charges?

We provide FREE SHIPPING on your initial order.

PLEASE NOTE: We provide a free size consultation for all our orders before dispatch to minimise any size related exchanges, in these times.

Our Sizing Team will attempt to help you select the right size over call and whatsapp before dispatching your order. In case you have not responded to our sizing calls OR insisted on choosing a size other than the one suggested by our Sizing Expert, any exchange requested by you will be charged at INR 150.

However, if there is a sizing error in spite of ordering as per the Sizing Expert’s advice, the exchange request will be processed free of cost.

How will my order be shipped?

We use domestic courier services to deliver your order to your doorstep.

When can I expect delivery?

Depending upon your location, your Skoodos will be delivered to you within 4-10 business days within India. However, in case your delivery is taking longer than usual, we will keep you informed over email.

If you have booked on a pre-launch offer, we prioritize your booking and ship the products as soon as we launch them.

PLEASE NOTE : Prepaid orders and orders where your size has been confirmed to our Sizing Expert through the FREE SIZE CONSULTATION facility will be prioritised for dispatch.

How can I track my order?

The order tracking link is part of the product dispatch email you will receive as soon as your order is shipped from our end. You can use this link to get the latest update on your shipment at any point in the journey.

PLEASE NOTE: We provide a free size consultation for all our orders before dispatch to minimise any size related exchanges, in these times.

Our Sizing Team will reach out to you over call or whatsapp within 1 working day of your order being placed, to make sure you have selected the right size before dispatching your order. Your order will be dispatched soon after your size confirmation is done, and the dispatch link will be shared over email.

PLEASE NOTE: In case there has been an article/style change due to change in size during the Sizing Expert call, you will be shipped the revised article/ style, even though your order email will continue to reflect the original article ordered by you.

What should I check when the product is delivered to me?

Please check for all the following when the product is delivered to you:
* The item matches your order

* The package is not tampered/ opened

* There is no item missing

In case you have received a damaged or missing product, we request you to email us the details at customer.care@skoodo.in, within 24 hours of the date of delivery; for us to swing into immediate action with our delivery partners. Please share the details as below:

* Photo of received product:

(PS: This is extremely rare as we ensure multiple checks during our product packing and shipping process. But if you do encounter any of the above issues, please report it early to help us get the right product to you at the earliest. We are grateful for your understanding and support in making this possible.)

What happens if the order is not delivered?

In case you have NOT received delivery within 10 days of confirming your order, please mail us your Order Number from the registered email ID using which you had placed the order, or call us on +91 7428029537. We will check and revert with your order status. Please note we are available Mon-Fri from 10am to 6pm (except on Public holidays).

Can I cancel my order? Are there any cancellation charges?

You can cancel your order anytime before delivery by emailing us your ‘Order Number’ and ‘Reason for Cancellation’ at customer.care@skoodo.in.

We levy no cancellation charges, but we do end up incurring shipping charges if your cancellation request comes in after we have dispatched your order. We hence request you to mail in any cancellation requests at the earliest. We are grateful for your understanding and support.

Your refund will be processed through your original method of payment within 2 days of receiving the cancellation request. The amount will reflect in your account within 15 days depending on your card issuer/bank's policies.

Please note that products sold under COMBO WITH PERSONALISED STAMP are NOT CANCELLABLE / NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstance.
